How Insurance works with counselling services
Before beginning our counselling, please check with your insurance provider to confirm that my professional designation (Registered Counselling Therapist) is covered within your policy. While I am often covered, there are occasions where a policy does not cover me, and it is up to you to ensure coverage.

Individual Counselling

Sessions are 50 minutes in length and conducted through a secure video platform
Extended Individual Counselling
$240
This is a 75 minute session to provide extra counselling support
Group Therapy

Parenting With ADHD Workshop

This is a 3 hour workshop for parents who have ADHD.
Divergent Not Disordered: Women's ADHD Group therapy

Each group session is 90 minutes long. Groups run for 12 weeks
