Many insurance plans cover counselling, and my services are included under a wide range of providers. I also offer direct billing with several companies. Since every plan is different, please check with your provider to confirm coverage for Registered Counselling Therapist services.

Individual counselling means you work one-on-one with your therapist in a safe, supportive space focused entirely on you.

Group Therapy

Group therapy brings people together in a supportive, therapist-guided space where participants can share experiences, explore common challenges, and learn from one another while building skills and connection.

Divergent Not Disordered: Women's ADHD Group therapy

Each group session is 90 minutes long. Groups run for 12 weeks .
