parenting with adhd workshop

Our Parenting with ADHD workshop is a 2-hour evening workshop led by Kendra Blackburn and Dr. Jessica Parker. This workshop is a good fit for you if you are a parent with ADHD and struggle with any of the following:
- Issues with emotion regulation
- Self-criticism and perfectionism
Meeting place: In-person at 81 Dellridge Lane, Bedford, NS B4A 0K2
- You will be greeted at the door, but if you are running late please call Kendra at (902) 209-9154 to be let in
Clients: For all individuals who are parents and diagnosed with ADHD, or strongly suspect you have ADHD
Group size: Group is closed at 12-15 participants
